Never Do It Alone
If the goal is big enough then you will not be able to accomplish it by yourself. Big Hairy Audacious Goals require a team. Leaders will never be able to make great visions a reality by themselves. Building teams, while at times, can be challenging is the only way to make the dream a reality. Leaders are often talented and struggle delegating so instead of building a team, they choose to work alone or do a task alone. This action creates a lid and limits the heights that can be accomplished. Greater dreams require greater teams.
