Greatest Waste In Business
There is so much waste in business. The one thing that Covid and this Recession has taught us is that we need to be more cautious about non-revenue producing activities. As I have been working with different businesses one of the greatest waste is not what you might think. In my humble opinion the greatest waste in business is the human talent that is not being used. Numerous people are unfulfilled at work and believe that they are not living up to their full potential. As a leader it is your job to enhance and maximize the skills of your team.
